Pippa graduated from the University of Southampton in England with a Master's degree in Audiology and began her career as a specialist audiologist for the National Health Service (NHS). After developing chronic vestibular migraine, she spent nearly nine years living with persistent dizziness that dramatically limited her daily life. Through studying chronic pain science, neuroplasticity, and mind-body approaches, she ultimately made a full recovery and returned to work in 2016.
Today, Pippa combines her clinical expertise with her own lived experience to help people recover from neural circuit dizziness, hyperacusis, and problematic tinnitus. She is a certified Holistic Life Coach, trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, and Level 2 Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). She continues to work part-time as a specialist audiologist for the NHS and is passionate about helping others reclaim their lives from chronic dizziness.

Joella graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in advertising and spent more than 15 years working in marketing before developing Mal de Débarquement Syndrome (MdDS), a condition that left her with constant rocking and dizziness. After exhausting traditional medical options, she discovered mind-body healing through The Steady Coach and made a full recovery.
Inspired by her own experience, Joella became a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Certified MindBody Syndrome Practitioner. She now helps others navigate vestibular conditions with empathy, hope, and practical guidance. Having experienced the emotional and physical toll of chronic dizziness firsthand, she is dedicated to helping others regain confidence, restore their quality of life, and believe that recovery is possible.

After earning degrees in finance and interpersonal communication, Tara spent 12 years working in higher education before developing a series of unexplained neurological symptoms, including optic neuritis and migraine aura. Although medical testing showed no clear cause, the uncertainty led to increasing stress and health anxiety.
Through working with a mind-body practitioner and applying neuroplasticity-based healing techniques, Tara experienced a complete resolution of her symptoms and has been symptom-free for more than two years. Today, she is passionate about supporting others on their healing journey through education, encouragement, and compassionate care. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons and believes deeply in the powerful connection between the mind and body.
